2. Software License & Usage Rights

Space Hunter is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Space Hunter on your macOS devices
• The right to receive updates and support during your license period
• Personal or commercial use rights as specified in your license tier

License Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application. You may not rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the software. Redistribution or resale of the software or license keys is strictly prohibited. You accept all risks associated with using the software.

3. Website Usage

You agree to use supasecret.com for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or services
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Engage in any activity that could harm our services or other users

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment and billing information
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Abide by LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions

Prices are subject to change at any time. Existing licenses remain valid under their original purchase terms.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. No refunds will be provided after the 30-day period unless required by law.

5A. Updates and Upgrades

We may provide software updates, patches, and bug fixes at our discretion. While we strive to maintain compatibility, we are not obligated to provide any specific updates or maintain compatibility with previous versions. Major version upgrades may require separate payment. Updates may be installed automatically without prior notice.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process data to provide and improve our services:

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Space Hunter and supasecret.com are owned by supasecret.com. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Space Hunter and our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You assume all risks associated with the use of the software, including any damage to your computer system or loss of data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, supasecret.com's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

Supasecret.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9A. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless supasecret.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of our services, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content or information you provide.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, modify, or revoke your license or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of our systems, or illegal use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where supasecret.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation within 60 days.

12A. Export Compliance

Space Hunter and our services are subject to export control laws. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; (b) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (c) you will not use the software in violation of any export laws or regulations.

12B. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
